What does Natura Rescue Tablets do?

Natura Rescue Tablets is a homeopathic flower and essence combination that helps in relieving shock, emotional stress, tension, sleeplessness, grief and irritability. Natura Rescue quickly calms and soothes you through a shocking or stressful event. It leaves you feeling relaxed and clear- headed during times of emotional turmoil.

Natura Rescue Tablets contain the following ingredients: Ambra grisea, Banisteropsis caapi Spag D60, Clematis vitalba (Clematis) aqua inf., Helianthemum nummularium (Rock Rose) aqua inf., Impatiens glandulifera (Impatiens) aqua inf., Melissa officinalis Spag D3, Ornithogalum umbellatum (Star of Bethlehem) aqua inf., Prunus cerasifera (Cherry Plum) aqua inf. Contains Sugar – lactose.

Homoeopathic- flower essence combination complementary medicine.

Ambra grisea: supports the functioning of the nervous system to treat anxiety, fear, hypersensitivity, shyness and numbness of the body.

Banisteriopsis caapi: helps calm extreme nervous hypersensitivity.

Clematis: is a flower essence indicated for inability to focus on reality and the present and is useful in the treatment of shock.

Rock Rose: is the flower essence that relieves extreme fear and a feeling of panic.

Impatiens flower essence: acts on the nervous system to relieve irritability, restlessness, hyperactivity and impatience.

Melissa officinalis: has a carminative and sedative action to help induce restful sleep, prevent insomnia, soothe irritability and help cope with stress and tension.

Moschus moschiferus: acts on the central nervous system to relieve fainting, shock, anxiety and fear. Star of Bethlehem is the principle flower essence specifically indicated for shock.

Cherry plum: is a flower essence that acts on the nervous system to treat anxiety and fear.

How many Natura Rescue Tablets can you take?

Dissolve 2 tablets in the mouth 3 times daily. Infants: 1 crushed tablet. 

Acute cases: while symptoms are severe, the frequency of dose may be increased to 2 tablets every 15 minutes for 1 hour, thereafter, hourly for up to 1 day. It is seldom necessary to continue acute dosage for longer than 24 hours. 

 What’s the best way to have it?

With moderate amounts of water. Use as directed or as otherwise prescribed by a healthcare practitioner. For further information, see enclosed product information leaflet.

Storage instructions: Store below 25 degrees C in a cool, dry place.

When do I use Natura Rescue Tablets?

Natura Rescue can be taken anytime you feel the need, at any time of the day. There is no strict dosing requirement and the products may be taken whenever needed. Preferably do not take the products within half an hour of strong coffee.

How long does Natura Rescue Tablets take to work?

While each person is different, the manufacturer suggests that most people begin to feel the effects “fairly soon” after taking the product.

How long does Natura Rescue Tablets last?

The manufacturer does not state how long the effects of the product last but suggests that doses can be repeated as needed.

Can you overdose on Natura Rescue Tablets?

Overdose should not occur with regular use. However, the alcohol content of the product should be considered. Avoid taking more than the suggested dose and do not combine with other products containing alcohol.

Can I take Natura Rescue while pregnant or breastfeeding?

The homoeopathic remedies and flower essences in Natura Rescue have traditionally been used during pregnancy and breastfeeding. You may wish to choose the tablet form as it does not contain any alcohol. It is generally recommended that if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, that you consult your healthcare practitioner for advice before taking any medicine or supplement.

What are the side effects of Natura Rescue Tablets?

Natura Rescue Tablets is generally considered safe. It is also safe for those on a gluten-free diet. People taking certain medications, such as antibiotics like metronidazole or the alcohol use disorder drug Antabuse (disulfiram), may experience nausea and/or vomiting because of the alcohol-based form of any flower essence. It may not be appropriate for you if you have concerns about the alcohol content of the product.
