Ever Lim: Uses, Dosage, Side Effects, Reviews

Ever Lim is an over-the-counter product that comes as a gel and a weight loss supplement, they are manufactured by the Ever Slim USA Healthy People Co. The product had previously been sold under the name EverSlim, but on February 3, 2012, it was voluntarily recalled by the company. The product has now been re-released under the slightly altered name, using an updated formula that has removed the issue that led to the recall in the first place.

What are the declared ingredients in Ever Lim?

The ingredients in Ever Lim gel are Cha De Bugre, Green Tea, Garcinia, Granada, Guarana, L-carnitine, L-tryptophan, L-Glutamine, and Vitamin B6. However, following reviews by regulators, certain controlled drugs were found to be mixed into the Ever Lim Pill, when tests were conducted on the contents of the pills in FDA labs. The drugs that were found in the pills were Tadalafil and Sibutramine.

As long as those controlled substances were in the diet pills, EverSlim was designated as an unapproved new drug and was required to be taken down from the market shelves. Failing to recall it would have meant that it was being sold illegally, as the risks connected with using those pills would have been completely unknown.

At the time that EverSlim was recalled, the company also had to take down its Mince Belle, Everlax, and the strawberry and chocolate flavors of the Ever Slim Shake Mix Dietary Supplement, due to the same reasons.

Ever Lim has since been released without the presence of controlled substances. They are now completely herbal supplements and this product is the most popular among all of the options available through the company. The official website for these diet pills states that it is a formula that continues to work for 24 hours. It appears to be marketed specifically toward women, particularly those who are seeking to lose the weight that they gained during pregnancy, once they have given birth and are finished nursing their babies.

At the time that this review was written, the official website for this product claims that the ingredients within the pill are: cha de bugre, green tea, garcinia, pomegranate, guarana, L-carnitine, L-tryptophan, L-glutamine, and vitamin B6. Among all of those ingredients, only green tea has ever been proven through scientific study to be helpful to dieters in providing measurable weight loss. Unfortunately, the website doesn’t identify exactly how much green tea is included in this formula, so it is impossible to know if the amount found in Ever Lim matches the quantities that were found to be both safe and effective within the medical research on that ingredient.

How should I use Ever Lim?

The usual dose of the Ever Lim pill is 1 capsule taken after lunch with plenty of water. Take the Ever Lim dietary supplement as directed on the label. Follow all directions on the product package, or take as directed by your doctor. Do not take more than the recommended dosage. If you have any questions, ask your doctor or pharmacist. Take this medication regularly in order to get the most benefit from it. To help you remember, take it at the same time each day.

The Ever Lim gel is applied 1 to 3 times a day on the area to be treated, massaging in an upward circular motion with your fingertips until absorbed by the skin. An elastic band may be used. Doing this promotes elasticity and firmness as well as adipose tissue reduction. It also nourishes and beautifies the skin, removes fat, reduces inflammation, and fight sagging skin.
