Optimin Jarabe: Uses, Ingredients, Dosage, Side Effects, Reviews

Optimin Jarabe is a dietary supplement used for the treatment of single or multiple deficiencies of the vitamins and minerals contained in its formula, due to an inadequate diet or increased need for these nutrients.

Its formula helps to restore energy to athletes and people with high physical or mental demands, as well as those with restricted diets due to illness, allergies, or obesity.

Using a multivitamin could reduce the risk of deficiency from 70% to 30% in people with the poorest diets when compared to people not taking a dietary supplement. In people with adequate diets, the risk of deficiency is reduced from 28% to 5% when comparing dietary non-users with multivitamin users. Optimin can usually be found in bottles with 240 ml.
