The collective term sleep disorder refers to conditions that affect sleep quality, timing, or duration and impact a person’s ability to properly function while they are awake. These disorders can contribute to other medical problems, and some may also be symptoms of underlying mental health issues.
Data indicate that more than one-third of adults in the United States report getting fewer than 7 hours of sleep in a 24-hour period. More than 70 percent of high school students report getting fewer than 8 hours of sleep on weeknights.
Most people occasionally experience sleeping problems due to stress, hectic schedules, and other outside influences. However, when these issues begin to occur on a regular basis and interfere with daily life, they may indicate a sleeping disorder.
Depending on the type of sleep disorder, people may have a difficult time falling asleep and may feel extremely tired throughout the day. The lack of sleep can have a negative impact on energy, mood, concentration, and overall health.

Can I Take Mosegor Vita For Sleeping?
Studies have shown that taking Mosegor Vita in the evening a few hours before you go to bed can help you sleep better. Pharmacodynamic studies demonstrate pizotifen possesses sedative properties. Mosegor Vita also contains vitamins B1 and B2 which are essential for our bodies in order to convert food into energy—and for the production of the sleep hormone, melatonin.
Melatonin is a hormone made in the body. It regulates night and day cycles or sleep-wake cycles. Darkness triggers the body to make more melatonin, which signals the body to sleep. Light decreases melatonin production and signals the body to be awake. Some people who have trouble sleeping have low levels of melatonin.
Talk to your doctor if you have sleep problems once a week, once a month, or at any point that it raises concerns. If you have any concerns about the amount or the quality of sleep you get, or if you feel tired and fatigued even though you think you’re getting enough sleep, share those concerns with your doctor. Your primary care physician can help you identify the cause of the problem. Your doctor may refer you to a sleep specialist for additional care.
