Meds Safety is a public service organization that educates the general public about fake drugs, classes of drugs, and the safety protocols associated with using medications. Our contributors and medical reviewers are seasoned specialists in Pharmacology & Therapeutics, Family Medicine, and Public Health.
Our contributors and medical reviewers are also fellows and respected members of highly reputable health organizations such as The International Society of Substance Use Prevention and Treatment Professionals (ISSUP), The World Health Organization (WHO), and The Royal Society for Public Health UK.
Our goal is to advance the mission of the International Coalition of Medicines Regulatory Authorities and The National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) by providing reliable and unbiased information about fake drugs and the most commonly used and abused medications and substances. We are affiliated with many International health organizations and go to great lengths to ensure the information we provide comes from trustworthy sources. By deepening our understanding of the various classes of drugs, we hope to reduce the incidence of overdose (accidental and intentional), drug abuse, drug addiction, dependence, and their associated harms. It is only with great honor and integrity that we present this information to the public.
